TYPICAL SCHEDULE

A common starting schedule is one injection weekly for 6 weeks, followed by one injection every 4–6 weeks for maintenance, subject to clinician review. This 6-ampoule kit can cover a common 6-week starting schedule before moving to maintenance, subject to clinician review.

ADMINISTRATION

Methylcobalamin B12 is administered by intramuscular injection. Our self-injection guidance uses the vastus lateralis muscle on the outer thigh. Detailed written instructions explaining preparation and injection technique are included with your kit.

STORAGE

Store your B12 ampoule at room temperature (15–25°C), protected from light. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use an ampoule if it is damaged or past its expiry date.

EXPIRY DATE

The expiry date is printed on each individual ampoule. Remaining shelf life varies according to the batch supplied. Do not use an ampoule after the stated expiry date.
