Whether you already have a particular treatment in mind or would like guidance on the most appropriate options, your care begins with a medical consultation and clinical assessment with Dr Ayanna Knight.
Dr Knight will take time to understand your concerns, relevant medical and treatment history, preferences and longer-term goals. She will consider not only which treatments may be suitable, but whether treatment is appropriate and likely to provide meaningful benefit.
You will receive clear, personalised recommendations, including an explanation of the potential benefits, limitations, risks, downtime and alternatives. You will have time to consider your options, with no obligation to proceed.
Once registered, you remain a patient of the clinic, with continuity of care and direct contact with Dr Knight to arrange future appointments.

TWO WAYS TO BEGIN YOUR CARE
New patients can begin their care through one of two registration pathways. Both include a one-to-one medical consultation and clinical assessment personally undertaken by Dr Ayanna Knight, together with a £50 treatment credit, valid for six months if you decide to proceed.
Comprehensive New Patient Registration

For patients considering facial rejuvenation, skin health, advanced skin treatments or medical-grade skincare. This pathway includes a broader assessment, personalised recommendations and a progressive treatment plan, whether you already have a particular treatment in mind or would like guidance on the most appropriate options.
Cryotherapy & Focused Treatments Registration
£100
For patients seeking assessment for cryotherapy, laser hair removal, cryolipolysis or IV nutrition therapy.
Anti-wrinkle treatment and other facial rejuvenation or skin-health concerns require Comprehensive New Patient Registration.

COMPREHENSIVE NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION

Facial rejuvenation, skin health & aesthetic treatment planning

Your appointment provides dedicated time with Dr Knight to discuss your concerns and goals, review your relevant medical, aesthetic treatment and skincare history, and carefully assess your facial features and skin health.
This pathway is suitable for concerns including lines and wrinkles, facial volume changes, skin laxity, visible facial thread veins, uneven skin tone or texture, sun damage, pigmentation and acne scarring.
You may already be considering a particular treatment, such as Profhilo, polynucleotides, dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatment, fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing, ThermaVein treatment for facial thread veins or medical-grade skincare. Alternatively, you may want guidance on the most appropriate approach. Dr Knight will consider not only which options may be suitable, but whether treatment is appropriate and likely to provide meaningful benefit.

Personalised treatment and skincare recommendations, with progressive next steps where appropriate
A personalised written treatment plan, normally emailed within 5 working days
Ongoing registration and continuity of care with the clinic
£50 treatment credit, valid for six months if you choose to proceed
Following your consultation, Dr Knight prepares a personalised written treatment plan summarising your assessment, recommendations and proposed next steps. This gives you a clear record to consider in your own time, with no obligation to proceed.
Selected treatments may be offered during the same appointment following assessment if clinically appropriate, provided the patient is fully informed and wishes to proceed. This is subject to sufficient treatment time being available. Treatment is charged separately, with the £50 credit applied.

This pathway is for patients seeking assessment for a clearly defined concern or one of the following treatments:

Dr Knight will review your relevant medical history, assess the treatment area or concern, and consider whether the proposed treatment is appropriate and likely to provide meaningful benefit.

Ongoing registration and continuity of care with the clinic
£50 treatment credit, valid for six months if you choose to proceed
Where treatment is considered appropriate following assessment and sufficient treatment time has been reserved, it may be possible to proceed during the same visit. Treatment is charged separately, with the £50 credit applied.
There is no obligation to proceed, and you may take time to consider Dr Knight’s recommendation before making your decision.

Dr Knight personally undertakes every aesthetic consultation and treatment. To allow sufficient time for careful assessment, treatment planning and continuity of care, a limited number of new patient registration appointments are available each month.

ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED
Continuity of care with Dr Ayanna Knight
Once registered, you remain a patient of the clinic and can contact Dr Knight directly by text to arrange future appointments, discuss maintenance treatment or consider the next stage of your care.
This continuity allows future recommendations to take account of your medical history, previous treatments, preferences and longer-term goals, so your treatment and skincare plan can evolve with you over time.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Shortly before your appointment, usually the day before, you will receive a text message from Dr Knight containing a secure link to the clinic’s pre-consultation medical form.
Please complete this before attending. The information forms an important part of your clinical assessment and allows Dr Knight to review your relevant medical history, current medication and other factors that may affect treatment suitability in advance.
Completion of the required medical information is necessary before your consultation can begin.

CAN I HAVE TREATMENT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Your first appointment begins with a consultation and clinical assessment.
Where treatment is clinically appropriate and sufficient treatment time has been reserved, it may be possible to proceed during the same visit.
More involved procedures, treatments requiring preparation or those forming part of a progressive treatment plan will be arranged for a subsequent appointment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Your registration payment reserves dedicated appointment time with Dr Knight and is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received within 48 hours of your appointment, or non-attendance, may require a further payment before another appointment can be arranged.
Full booking and cancellation terms are available before payment.
