Your first appointment is an opportunity to talk openly about what concerns you, what you would like to improve and what matters most to you. Dr Knight will take time to understand your relevant medical and treatment history, assess your individual needs and discuss the options that may best support your goals.
If you have already researched a treatment, we are very happy to begin there. If you are unsure where to start, Dr Knight will guide you through the available options and provide clear, personalised recommendations.
Once registered, you remain a patient of the clinic, benefiting from continuity of care with Dr Knight and the ability to contact her directly to arrange future appointments.

TWO WAYS TO BEGIN YOUR CARE
New patients can register with the clinic through one of two pathways, depending on the reason for attending.
Comprehensive New Patient Registration - £150 is for facial rejuvenation, skin health, advanced skin treatments and medical-grade skincare, whether you already have a treatment in mind or would like guidance on the most appropriate options.
Cryotherapy & Focused Treatments Registration - £100 is for patients attending with a specific treatment or concern in mind, including cryotherapy, laser hair removal, cryolipolysis and IV nutrition therapy.
Both pathways begin with a personal medical consultation and clinical assessment with Dr Ayanna Knight, include a £50 treatment credit, and establish your ongoing care with the clinic.

COMPREHENSIVE NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION
£150
Facial rejuvenation, skin health & aesthetic treatment planning
Your appointment provides dedicated time with Dr Knight to discuss your concerns and goals, review your relevant medical, aesthetic treatment and skincare history, and carry out a detailed assessment of your face and skin.
This pathway is suitable for concerns including lines and wrinkles, facial volume changes, skin laxity, uneven skin tone and texture, sun damage and pigmentation, and acne scarring.
You may already be considering a particular treatment, such as Profhilo, polynucleotides, dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatment, Fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing or medical-grade skincare. If so, its suitability can be assessed and discussed as part of your consultation. If you are unsure which approach would be most appropriate, Dr Knight will guide you through the options.
Your registration includes:
Personal medical consultation and comprehensive clinical assessment with Dr Knight
Review of your relevant medical, aesthetic treatment and skincare history
Discussion of your concerns, preferences and longer-term goals
Assessment of any treatment you are considering
Personalised treatment and skincare recommendations
Clear discussion of expected benefits, limitations, downtime and relevant risks
A personalised written plan following your consultation, summarising your assessment, skincare and treatment recommendation and progressive next steps where appropriate
Ongoing registration with the clinic
£50 treatment credit should you subsequently choose to proceed with treatment
Where clinically appropriate and sufficient treatment time is available, some treatments may also be undertaken during the same visit.

Focused assessment for a specific treatment or concern
This pathway is for patients attending with a clearly defined treatment or concern who do not require a broader facial rejuvenation or skin-health assessment.
It is available for:

IV Nutrition Therapy
Your appointment includes a personal medical consultation and focused clinical assessment with Dr Knight to assess your concern, confirm treatment suitability and discuss what you would like to achieve.
Your registration includes:
Review of relevant medical history and contraindications
Clinical assessment of the treatment area or concern
Assessment of suitability for your chosen treatment
Personalised advice regarding the treatment approach
Clear discussion of expected benefits, limitations, recovery and relevant risks
Ongoing registration with the clinic
£50 treatment credit should you subsequently choose to proceed with treatment
Where clinically appropriate and sufficient treatment time is available, treatment may also be undertaken during the same visit.

LIMITED NEW PATIENT AVAILABILITY
A limited number of New Patient Registration appointments are available each month.
As consultations and aesthetic treatments are personally undertaken by Dr Knight, limiting new-patient intake allows dedicated time for assessment and treatment planning while maintaining continuity of care for patients already registered with the clinic.
This considered approach enables Dr Knight to personally oversee each patient’s care from initial assessment through treatment, review and longer-term maintenance.
If you are considering treatment for a particular event or timeframe, we recommend registering in advance.

ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED
Continuity of care with Dr Ayanna Knight
Registration establishes an ongoing relationship with the clinic rather than a series of isolated appointments.
Once registered, you can contact Dr Knight directly by text to arrange future appointments, discuss maintenance treatment or review the next stage of your care.
This provides continuity with the doctor who already understands your medical history, previous treatments, preferences and longer-term goals.
As your needs change over time, your treatment and skincare plan can evolve with you.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Shortly before your appointment, typically the day before, you will receive a personal text from Dr Knight with a secure link to complete the clinic’s pre-consultation medical form.
Please complete this before attending. The information requested forms an important part of your clinical assessment and allows Dr Knight to review relevant medical history, medications and other factors that may influence treatment suitability in advance.
Completion of the required medical information is necessary before your consultation can begin.

CAN I HAVE TREATMENT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Your first appointment begins with assessment and discussion.
Where clinically appropriate and sufficient treatment time is available, some treatments can be undertaken during the same visit.
More involved procedures, treatments requiring preparation or those forming part of a progressive treatment plan may be arranged for a subsequent appointment.
There is no expectation or obligation to proceed with treatment at your first visit.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Your registration payment reserves dedicated appointment time with Dr Knight and is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or non-attendance, may require a further payment before a new appointment can be arranged.
Full booking and cancellation terms are available before payment.
