Rather than asking you to select a treatment before you attend, we begin by understanding your concerns, what you would like to achieve and the most appropriate approach for your individual needs.
New Patient Registration provides dedicated time for Dr Knight to review your relevant medical and treatment history, assess your concerns and develop personalised recommendations based on your priorities and longer-term goals.
Our evidence-led approach prioritises natural-looking results, facial harmony and long-term skin health.
Once registered, you remain a patient of the clinic, benefiting from continuity of care with Dr Knight and direct access to arrange future appointments.

Direct access to Dr Knight to arrange future appointments and review your care as your needs evolve
Your consultation is designed to establish the most appropriate approach for you.
£50 of your registration payment is available as a treatment credit should you subsequently choose to proceed with treatment.
There is no obligation to proceed. Any treatment recommended will be based on clinical suitability, your individual needs and what you would like to achieve.

LIMITED NEW PATIENT AVAILABILITY
A limited number of New Patient Registration appointments are available each month.
As all aesthetic consultations and treatments are personally undertaken by Dr Ayanna Knight, limiting new-patient intake allows dedicated time for thorough assessment and treatment planning while maintaining continuity of care for patients already registered with the clinic.
This considered approach enables Dr Knight to personally oversee each patient’s care from initial assessment through treatment, review and longer-term maintenance.
If you are considering treatment for a particular event or timeframe, we recommend registering in advance.

ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED
Continuity of care with Dr Ayanna Knight
Registration establishes an ongoing relationship with the clinic rather than a series of isolated appointments.
Once registered, you can contact Dr Knight directly by text to arrange future appointments, discuss maintenance treatment or review the next stage of your care.
This provides continuity with the doctor who already understands your medical history, previous treatments, preferences and longer-term goals.
As your needs change over time, your treatment and skincare plan can evolve with you.

CAN I HAVE TREATMENT AT MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Your first appointment begins with assessment and discussion.
Where clinically appropriate and sufficient treatment time has been reserved, some treatments can be undertaken during the same visit.
More involved procedures, treatments requiring preparation or those forming part of a progressive treatment plan may be arranged for a subsequent appointment.
There is no expectation or obligation to proceed with treatment at your first visit.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Shortly before your appointment, typically the day before, you will receive a personal text from Dr Knight with a secure link to complete the clinic’s pre-consultation medical form.
Please complete this before attending. The information requested forms an important part of your clinical assessment and allows Dr Knight to review relevant medical history, medications and other factors that may influence treatment suitability in advance.
Completion of the required medical information is necessary before your consultation can begin.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Your registration payment reserves dedicated appointment time with Dr Knight and is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Your registration payment can then be transferred to an alternative appointment in accordance with our booking policy.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, or non-attendance, may result in forfeiture of the registration payment.
Full booking and cancellation terms are available before payment.
