APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY

NEW PATIENTS

There is a £150 non-refundable booking fee to secure your initial consultation with the clinic. £50 of this booking fee is redeemable against any treatment you choose to proceed with. If the outcome of the consultation is information & advice only, the booking fee will be retained as the consultation fee. Patients have six months to redeem the booking fee against the treatment they choose to proceed with.

CURRENT PATIENTS & ONGOING TREATMENT

There is a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment which is fully redeemable against the treatment you choose to proceed with.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY

During consultation, Dr Ayanna Knight will always assess whether a particular treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If we deem the treatment not to be suitable, we will inform you as to the reasons why and recommend appropriate alternatives. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure the clinic is notified no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. The booking fee is transferable to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Please note - all booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We endeavour to book patients into an appointment convenient to your schedule as soon as possible.

NEW PATIENTS

Due to a surge in requests for appointments at the clinic, our current wait time for new patients to schedule an appointment with Dr Ayanna Knight is 2-3 months.

If you wish to book into the clinic sooner as a new patient, please do not email the clinic as the online booking system is handled separately. We advise to book the soonest available appointment and check back on the booking system regularly - earlier appointments can become available as patients do occasionally reschedule.

CLINIC SCHEDULING

Dr Ayanna Knight’s clinic will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot as soon as possible.

HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
Payment for the NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is payable by secure card payment online. Please only select the appointment date & time that has been offered to you.


NON-ATTENDANCE OF APPOINTMENTS

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact the clinic no later than 48 hours before your consultation. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in the £150 booking fee to be retained by the clinic.

TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact the clinic no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in a non-attendance fee of £50 to be paid to the clinic.

PRE-PAID TREATMENT COURSES

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact the clinic no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of that treatment from your course.


TREATMENT COURSES

PAYMENT

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance or on the day of the first treatment to ensure you benefit from the discounted treatment course price.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

We recommend all treatment appointments to be booked as soon as possible on paying for your treatment course to ensure that these can be carried out as per the recommended treatment schedule protocol. Delays in scheduling appointments as part of a course may result in longer intervals between treatments due to clinic appointment availability.

All treatments within the course purchased must be carried out within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left unscheduled after 12 months may be forfeited.

REFUNDS

Treatments within the pre-paid course are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment; the difference will be returned to you.
