BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION
All new patients begin their care with New Patient Registration & Medical Consultation with Dr Ayanna Knight.
A £150 non-refundable registration payment secures your appointment and includes your initial medical consultation, clinical assessment, personalised recommendations and ongoing registration with the clinic.
£50 of your registration payment is available as a treatment credit should you subsequently choose to proceed with treatment. This credit is valid for six months from the date of your registration appointment.
There is no obligation to undergo treatment following your consultation. Any treatment recommended will be based on clinical suitability, your individual needs and what you would like to achieve.
LIMITED NEW PATIENT AVAILABILITY
A limited number of New Patient Registration appointments are available each month.
As all aesthetic consultations and treatments are personally undertaken by Dr Ayanna Knight, limiting new-patient intake allows dedicated time for assessment and treatment planning while maintaining continuity of care for patients already registered with the clinic.
If you are considering treatment for a particular event or timeframe, we recommend registering in advance.
REGISTERED PATIENTS & ONGOING CARE
Once registered, patients can contact Dr Knight directly by text to arrange future appointments, discuss maintenance treatment or reschedule an existing appointment.
This provides continuity with the doctor who already understands your medical history, previous treatments and ongoing treatment plan.
TREATMENT SUITABILITY
Every treatment is subject to appropriate medical assessment.
Dr Knight will assess your suitability, discuss the expected benefits and limitations of treatment and explain relevant risks before treatment is undertaken.
If a requested treatment is not considered appropriate, Dr Knight will explain why and, where appropriate, discuss alternative options.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that occasionally appointments need to be changed.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
New Patient Registration
Your New Patient Registration payment is non-refundable.
Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, the registration payment can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the registration payment being retained.
Registered Patient Treatment Appointments
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
PRE-PAID TREATMENT COURSES
Treatment courses should be paid for in full in advance or at the first treatment appointment in order to receive the applicable course price.
We recommend arranging the appointments within your course as early as possible so that treatment can be delivered according to the recommended schedule.
All treatments within a pre-paid course must be completed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule an appointment forming part of a pre-paid course.
Failure to attend, or cancellation within 48 hours, may result in that treatment being deducted from the course.
Refunds
Pre-paid treatment courses are refundable only where agreed for medical reasons.
Where a refund is agreed, treatments already undertaken will be recalculated at their full individual treatment price, together with any applicable non-attendance charges, and deducted from the amount originally paid. Any remaining balance will then be refunded.
CLINIC SCHEDULING
We make every effort to ensure appointments run to time.
Occasionally, clinical circumstances may result in an appointment needing to be delayed, postponed or rescheduled. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate alternative appointment.
BEFORE YOUR NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT
Shortly before your appointment, typically the day before, you will receive a personal text from Dr Knight with a secure link to complete the clinic's pre-consultation medical form.
Please complete this before attending. The information requested forms an important part of your clinical assessment and allows Dr Knight to review relevant medical history, medications and other factors that may influence treatment suitability in advance.
Completion of the required medical information is necessary before your consultation can begin.
