NEW PATIENTS

There is a £150 non-refundable booking fee to secure your initial consultation with the clinic. £50 of this booking fee is redeemable against any treatment you choose to proceed with. If the outcome of the consultation is information & advice only, the booking fee will be retained as the consultation fee.

CURRENT PATIENTS & ONGOING TREATMENT

There is a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment which is fully redeemable against the treatment you choose to proceed with.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please ensure the clinic is notified no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or non-attendance may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
