WHAT ARE ANTI-WRINKLE INJECTIONS?

Commonly known as Botox®, this naturally occurring substance can be used to relax a muscle, softening and reducing lines and wrinkles. Botox® can also be used to treat medical problems such as teeth grinding, migraines and excessive sweating.

CAN I PROCEED WITH THE TREATMENT ON THE SAME DAY AS CONSULTATION?

Following a full medical consultation including skin health & lifestyle assessment to ascertain suitability for treatment, Dr Ayanna Knight will advise on the most effective treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

If no contraindications are identified for the treatment and you feel fully informed about the procedure, Dr Ayanna Knight will offer you the option to proceed with the treatment on the same day.

WILL I HAVE A REVIEW APPOINTMENT FOLLOWING MY BOTOX TREATMENT?

Our Doctor led clinic is committed to patient safety and we pride ourselves on the premium aftercare service for all patients.

The treatment price for the Botox® treatment includes a complimentary follow-up appointment at 2-3 weeks to review your initial results & address any questions or concerns. This will be scheduled with Dr Ayanna Knight following your treatment. Complimetary Botox® top-up treatment is also offered as required at your review appointment.

As part of our wrap-around client care we encourage all clients to contact Dr Ayanna Knight by either phone, text or email if you have any questions or concerns following your treatment in order for these to be addressed as soon as possible.

The follow-up review appointment is not only important to address any concerns following treatment and ensure patient satisfaction but also through reviewing your treatment results, Dr Ayanna Knight can adjust your treatment plan to ensure that we achieve optimum results for future treatments.  

DOES THE CLINIC OFFER CORRECTIVE WORK FOR BOTOX TREATMENTS?

Unfortunately, in some cases, patients can receive undesired results from there Botox® treatments with other clinics. These can occur if practitioners do not adequately apply the correct dosage of Botox for their patient's anatomy resulting in a cosmetically unbalanced result.

Whilst these sub-optimal results can be addressed in a top-up treatment at a 2 week follow-up, we are seeing more and more clients report that they have not been offered sufficient aftercare advice from their practitioner or follow-up appointments following their Botox® treatment.

Dr Ayanna Knight offers an exclusive service of cosmetic corrective work for Botox® treatments at our Brighton Doctor Led clinic in Brighton. Whether it be the dreaded 'spock eyebrow' or uneven results, following consultation, we may be able to help correct these errors with carefully placed injections of Botox®.

CAN BOTOX LIFT JOWLS & TIGHTEN A SAGGING JAWLINE?

Whilst Botox® is a safe, effective anti-ageing treatment to reduce lines and wrinkles as well as preventing existing lines from deepening, it is not a miracle solution for all anti-ageing skin concerns. As the skin ages, collagen production slows resulting in skin laxity particularly evident in the lower face with tell tale signs of ‘Jowl’ formation and loss of definition of the jawline.

Many of our patients have seen excellent results with PROFHILO, an injectable skin bio-remodelling treatment that hydrates, firms and smooths the skin, improving facial contour for a natural, youthful appearance.
